ይህ ብሂል የስምምነትንና የቃል ኪዳንን ጠቀሜታና ግዴታ ይገልጻል። አንዴ ውል ከተፈራረሙ በኋላ መለወጥ ወይም ወደኋላ ማለት እንደማይቻል ያሳያል። እንዲሁም ዕዳ ወይም ግዴታ ካለብህ፣ ከጊዜ በኋላም ቢሆን ያንን መክፈል ወይም መፈፀም እንዳለብህ ያሳያል።
