Both the month of July (known for unpredictable heavy rains) and a bride (whose true character is not fully known before marriage) are described as 'unrevealed' or 'unpredictable.' It implies that one cannot be certain about future events or people's true nature until they are experienced. Guessing before the truth is revealed is difficult.
