ድርጎ የለመደች መበለት ወተት ያየች ድመት

ትርጉም

This proverb indicates that it is difficult to give up something one is accustomed to, or that a person who has experienced a benefit will find it hard to let go. Just as a cat won't leave milk once it sees it, a widow accustomed to handouts will find it difficult to break away from relying on others' help.
