ትርጉም

አንድ ሰው ሥልጣን ወይም ሹመት ሲያገኝ፣ ከዘመድ ጋር ያለው ግንኙነት ተግባሩን ከመወጣት ወይም ስልጣኑን ከመጠቀም እንደማያግደው ያመለክታል። ሥልጣን ሲገኝ የዘመድ አዝማድ ግንኙነት አይገድበውም ማለት ነው።
