ይህ ብሂል አንድን ሰው በስስት ወይም ባለማሰብ ያጣንን ነገር ለመጠበቅ የምንወስደውን እርምጃ ያሳያል። የቀድሞውን ወዳጅ ያጣው በስስት ወይም ባለማሰብ ከሆነ፣ የኋላኛውን እንዳያጣ በጥንቃቄና በልግስና መያዝ እንዳለበት ያመለክታል። ያለፈ ስህተትን ተምሮ የወደፊቱን ማረም ማለት ነው።
