This proverb indicates that something weak or powerless will easily be scattered or destroyed when it clashes with something strong. It shows that a weaker party who tries to compete by force rather than by their capacity will ultimately suffer.

ይህ ምሳሌ የሚያመለክተው ደካማ ወይም አቅም የሌለው ነገር ጠንካራ በሆነ ነገር ሲጋፋ በቀላሉ እንደሚበተን ወይም እንደሚጠፋ ነው። በአቅሙ መጠን ሳይሆን በጉልበት ለመወዳደር የሚሞክር ደካማ ወገን መጨረሻ ላይ እንደሚጎዳ ያሳያል።
