አንድ ሰው በደካማ ወይም በተጋላጭ ሁኔታ ውስጥ ሲሆን፣ ሌሎች የችግሩን መጠን ሳይረዱ ወይም ርህራሄ ሳያሳዩ፣ ከዛም በላይ ሊያጎድሉበት ወይም ሊበዘብዙት እንደሚፈልጉ የሚገልጽ አባባል ነው።
