ትርጉም

This proverb suggests that people who are mentally unstable (madmen) or those whose social role permits them to speak freely (jesters) often voice their true thoughts and feelings without fear or hesitation. They may inadvertently or intentionally reveal truths that others might wish to conceal.

ይህ ምሳሌ የሚያሳየው አእምሮአቸው የተዛባ ወይም በሰዎች ዘንድ በነጻነት የመናገር መብት የተሰጣቸው (እንደ ቀልደኛ) ሰዎች ያለምንም ፍርሃት ወይም ማመንታት እውነተኛ ሀሳባቸውን እንደሚናገሩ። ብዙ ሰዎች ሊደብቁት የሚፈልጉትን እውነት ሊናገሩ ይችላሉ።
