ይህ አባባል ማንኛውም ምርመራ ወይም ፍርድ ሁሉንም የጉዳዩን ገጽታዎች በጥልቀት መመርመር እንደሚያስፈልግ ያመለክታል። ዳኛ ሲመረምር ከራስ ጀምሮ እስከ እግር ድረስ ማለትም ሁሉንም ዝርዝሮች በመመልከት ፍትሃዊና የተሟላ ግንዛቤ ላይ መድረስ አለበት።
