ትርጉም

This proverb implies that people, when in trouble or sick, might call upon God or others for help, but once their problems are resolved, they forget that help or gratitude. It means that people tend to forget those who helped them once they have received what they needed.

ትርጉም

ይህ ምሳሌ የሚያመለክተው ሰዎች በችግር ወይም በህመም ጊዜ እርዳታ ሲፈልጉ ወደ እግዚአብሔር ወይም ወደ ሌላ አካል ቢጮሁም፣ ከችግራቸው ሲወጡ ግን ያንን እርዳታ ወይም ምስጋና እንደሚረሱ ነው። ይህ ማለት ሰዎች በረከቶችን ወይም እርዳታን ከደረሱ በኋላ የረዱአቸውን ይረሳሉ ማለት ነው።
