ሸማኔ ድውሩን ባለስልጣን ክብሩን

ትርጉም

This proverb signifies that every person, according to their profession or position, has an essential tool or attribute, or a certain honor and responsibility expected of them. Just as a weaver cannot work without their spindle, an official is ineffective or cannot perform their duties properly without their honor and authority. It implies that an official must uphold their honor by using their authority appropriately, and similarly, every individual has their own honor and the tools necessary for their work.

ትርጉም

ይህ ብሂል እያንዳንዱ ሰው ለሚሠራው ሥራ ወይም ለሚይዘው ቦታ የሚገባውን ነገር ወይም ከቦታው ጋር የሚጠበቅበትን ክብርና ኃላፊነት ያመለክታል። ሸማኔ ያለ ድውሩ መሥራት እንደማይችል ሁሉ፣ ባለስልጣንም ያለ ክብሩና ሥልጣኑ ዋጋ የለውም ወይም ሥራውን በአግባቡ መሥራት አይችልም። በዚህም አንድ ባለሥልጣን ሥልጣኑን በአግባቡ በመጠቀም ክብሩን መጠበቅ እንዳለበት፣ እንዲሁም እያንዳንዱ ሰው የራሱ የሆነ ክብርና የሥራ መሣሪያ እንዳለው ያመለክታል።
