ይህ ምሳሌ የተለያዩ ሰዎች ግባቸውን የሚያሳኩበትን ወይም ኑሯቸውን የሚያስተዳድሩበትን መንገድ ያነጻጽራል። ድሆች በጉልበታቸውና በጥረታቸው ሲተዳደሩ፣ ሀብታሞች ደግሞ ባላቸው ሀብትና ንብረት ይተዳደራሉ።
