አንድ ሰው ትዕዛዝ ሲሰጥ እና ሌሎች ደግሞ ያንን ትዕዛዝ ሲያከብሩ ነው። ይህ ማለት በስርአት ወይም በሃላፊነት ሰንሰለት ውስጥ ያሉ ሰዎች ትዕዛዝ ይሰጣሉ እንዲሁም ትዕዛዝን ይፈፅማሉ።
