ይህ ብሂል አንድ ነገር ለጥሩ ዓላማ የታሰበ ቢሆንም እንኳ በተቃራኒው ለክፋት ወይም ለመገደብ ሲውል ያሳያል። ለምሳሌ አንድ ሰው የመታሰሪያ ቀበቶውን ሰውን ለመጉዳት ወይም አንድን ነገር ለማሰር የታሰበ ሰንሰለት ደግሞ ሰውን ለማሰር ሲጠቀምበት ማለት ነው። የነገሮችን ትክክለኛ ዓላማ አለመጠቀም ወይም ማዛባት ያመለክታል።
