የዘገነ አዘነ ያልዘገነ አዘነ

ትርጉም

This proverb illustrates that sometimes, regardless of the outcome, there will be regret or sorrow on both sides. For example, a person who made an effort (he who gathered) might mourn if the outcome isn't what they desired, and a person who didn't make an effort (he who didn't gather) might regret it due to the lost potential benefit. This shows that regret or negative feelings can sometimes exist regardless of the choice made.

ይህ ብሂል የሚያሳየው አንዳንድ ጊዜ ውጤቱ ምንም ይሁን ምን፣ በሁለቱም በኩል ፀፀት ወይም ሀዘን እንደሚኖር ነው። ለምሳሌ፣ አንድን ነገር ለማድረግ ጥረት ያደረገ ሰው (የዘገነ) በሚመጣው ውጤት ባይደሰትም ያዝናል፤ እንዲሁም ጥረት ያላደረገ ሰው (ያልዘገነ) ደግሞ ባለማድረጉ ሊመጣ በነበረው ጥቅም ምክንያት ይጸጸታል። ይህ የሚያሳየው አንዳንድ ጊዜ በየትኛውም ምርጫ ውስጥ ፀፀት ወይም አሉታዊ ስሜቶች ሊኖሩ እንደሚችሉ ነው።
