“A guarantor has no mouth (voice), an ant has no blood.”
This proverb implies that a guarantor, having pledged their word for another's debt, loses their 'mouth' or voice to defend themselves once the principal defaults; they are bound by their obligation. Similarly, an ant, being tiny, is considered to have 'no blood' (metaphorically, it's insignificant, easily crushed, and its loss is not deeply felt). Both comparisons highlight powerlessness, helplessness, or vulnerability in their respective contexts.
