ይህ ምሳሌ ችግር የሚመጣው ከነገሮች እራሳቸው ሳይሆን፣ ከሰዎች አጠቃቀም፣ ፍላጎት ወይም ክፉ አሳብ መሆኑን ያሳያል። ቢላዋ መሳሪያ ቢሆንም፣ ሰውን የሚጎዳው የሰውዬው ክፉ ዓላማ እንጂ ቢላዋው በራሱ እንዳልሆነ ያመለክታል።
