ሀብታም ለሀብታም ይጠቃቀሱ ድሀ ለድሀ ይለቃቀሱ

Meaning

This proverb contrasts the behavior of the rich and the poor. The rich often compete, show off their wealth, and might be suspicious of each other. The poor, however, often share a common struggle, are more likely to forgive each other's small debts or shortcomings, and rely on mutual support. It highlights class differences in social interaction and values.

ይህ ምሳሌ የሀብታሞች እና የድሆች ባህሪን ያነጻጽራል። ሀብታሞች ብዙ ጊዜ ይወዳደራሉ፣ ሀብታቸውን ያሳያሉ፣ እና እርስ በእርሳቸው ሊጠራጠሩ ይችላሉ። ድሆች ግን የጋራ ትግል ስላላቸው የትናንሽ እዳዎችን ወይም ጉድለቶችን ይቅር ለመባባል እና እርስ በእርስ ለመረዳዳት የበለጠ ዝንባሌ አላቸው። በማህበራዊ ግንኙነት እና እሴቶች ውስጥ ያለውን የመደብ ልዩነት ያጎላል።
