ዶሮ ከጋጥ በሬ ከቆጥ

Meaning

This proverb describes a chaotic, disorderly, or illogical situation where things are completely out of place or reversed from their natural order. Chickens belong in the coop (or a simpler shelter), and oxen in the stable, not an ox in an attic. It signifies utter mismanagement or absurdity.
