ያልታደለ በረዶ ከድንጋይ ላይ ያርፋል

Meaning

This proverb suggests that misfortune often befalls those who are already struggling or in an unfortunate situation. Just as snow falling on a stone (where it cannot be useful for plants or melt into the soil) is wasted, bad luck often strikes those who can least afford it, adding to their woes.
