ተባቄላ አይጠፋም ዲቃላ ከጠላ አይታጣም አተላ

Meaning

This proverb suggests that imperfections or unwanted elements are inherent even in good things. Just as there might be imperfect beans mixed with good ones, and dregs are always found at the bottom of traditional beer, flaws or undesirable aspects are consistently present, even in what is otherwise considered good or pure. It acknowledges the coexistence of good and bad.

ይህ ምሳሌ ከየትኛውም ጥሩ ነገር ጋር የማይፈለግ ነገር ወይም ጉድለት አብሮ እንደሚገኝ ያመለክታል። ባቄላ ከዲቃላ (ጥሩ ያልሆነ የባቄላ አይነት) እንደማይለይ ሁሉ፣ ከጠላም (ባህላዊ መጠጥ) አተላ (የታችኛው ዝቃጭ) እንደማይጠፋ። ይህም ማለት ጥሩ ከሚባለው ነገር ውስጥ እንኳን ትንሽ መጥፎ ነገር ወይም ቆሻሻ ሊገኝ ይችላል።
