ይህ ምሳሌ ግብዝነትን ወይም እውነትን መካድን ያመለክታል። አንድ ሰው የችግሩ ምንጭ እሱ ራሱ ሆኖ ሳለ፣ በችግሩ እንዳልተነካ ወይም ምንም እንደማያውቅ ለማስመሰል ሲሞክር ይገልጻል። ራሱ ችግሩ ውስጥ ሆኖ ችግሩ የኔ አይደለም እንደሚል ነው።
