ይሉኝታና መጠቀም ባንድነት አይገኙም

Meaning

This proverb suggests that if a person is considerate or feels shame ('yellugneta'), they cannot take advantage of others by seizing their benefits or harming them for their own gain. A considerate person thinks of others and does not prioritize only their own benefit. In other words, it shows that a person who properly respects others cannot be selfish and self-serving.

ትርጉም

ይህ ምሳሌ የሚያመለክተው አንድ ሰው ሌሎችን የማፈር (ይሉኝታ ያለው) ከሆነ፣ የሌሎችን ጥቅም በመንጠቅ ወይም ለራሱ ጥቅም ሲል ሌሎችን በመጉዳት መጠቀም እንደማይችል ነው። ይሉኝታ ያለው ሰው ለሌሎች ያስባልና የራሱን ጥቅም ብቻ አያስቀድምም። በሌላ አነጋገር፣ ሰዎችን በአግባቡ የሚያከብር ሰው ራስ ወዳድና ጥቅም ፈላጊ ሊሆን እንደማይችል ያሳያል።
