ጠላትህን ውሀ ሲወስደው እንትፍ ብለህ ጨምርበት

Meaning

This is a very harsh proverb that expresses extreme animosity towards an enemy. It means that when your enemy is in trouble or facing ruin, you should not only refrain from helping them but actively contribute to their downfall, even with a seemingly small, symbolic act like spitting.
