ይህ ምሳሌ ከጠላት ጋር ከመጠን በላይ መተማመንን ወይም ስንፍናን ያስጠነቅቃል። አንድ ሰው ከአጥቂው ጋር ዘና ማለት ወይም ጥንቃቄውን ዝቅ ማድረግ የለበትም፣ ምክንያቱም ጠላት ጥቅም ወስዶ ጉዳት ሊያደርስ ይችላል፣ ልክ እንጀራ ለመበላት እንደታሰበው። የማያቋርጥ ንቃት ይመክራል።
