Meaning

This proverb describes an unreliable and irresponsible person. They are financially irresponsible (not paying debts when they have the means) and practically incompetent (not balancing loads properly, leading to issues). It portrays a character generally lacking in diligence and trustworthiness.

ትርጉም

ይህ ብሂል ሁለት አይነት የኃላፊነት ጉድለቶችን ያሳያል፡- ገንዘብ እያለው ዕዳውን የማይከፍል ሰው፣ እንዲሁም ሸክም ሲጭን ሚዛኑን ጠብቆ የማያደላድል (ችግር የሚፈጥር) ሰው። በአጠቃላይ ኃላፊነት የጎደለው እና የማይታመን ሰው መሆኑን ያመለክታል።
