Meaning

This proverb implies that an action or outcome, no matter how seemingly unpleasant or unconventional, is accepted if it's done after collective consultation and agreement. Something decided upon jointly, even if it has negative aspects, will not be criticized by anyone, as collective responsibility lessens individual blame.

ይህ ምሳሌ የሚያመለክተው አንድን ነገር በጋራ ከተመካከሩበትና ከተስማሙበት በኋላ የሚደረግ ተግባር ወይም የሚመጣ ውጤት ምንም ያህል መጥፎ ቢመስልም፣ ተቀባይነት እንደሚኖረው ነው። በጋራ ውሳኔ የተደረገ ነገር መጥፎ ቢሆንም እንኳን ማንም አይነቅፈውም።
