Meaning
This proverb expresses a profound faith in God's reliability, truthfulness, and faithfulness. It means that God always fulfills His promises and never speaks idle threats or makes claims that He will not carry out. What God says, He does.

ይህ ምሳሌ በእግዚአብሔር ታማኝነት እና እውነተኛነት ላይ ያለውን እምነት ይገልጻል። እግዚአብሔር የተናገረውን ሁሉ ያደርጋል፣ የገባውን ቃል ይፈጽማል፣ ከንቱ ቃል አይናገርም ማለት ነው።
