Meaning

This proverb illustrates the generational chain of love, care, and reciprocal expectation. A mother devotes herself to her child, and in return, the child represents her hope, support, and future security, whether through their own success or by caring for her in old age.

የእናት ለልጇ ያላትን ጥልቅ ፍቅርና እንክብካቤ፣ እንዲሁም ልጆች ደግሞ ለወላጆቻቸው የወደፊት ተስፋና ድጋፍ እንደሚሆኑ ያሳያል። ትውልድ ለትውልድ የሚተላለፈውን የፍቅርና የተስፋ ሰንሰለት ይገልጻል።
