ቀድሞ ሰኞን አለመሆን ነው

Meaning

Monday is often associated with the start of difficulties or a challenging period. This proverb means it is better to prevent a problem or avoid a difficult situation from happening at all, rather than dealing with its consequences. Prevention is better than cure.
