ቅልና ድንጋይ ተማትቶ ሎሌና ጌታ ተሟግቶ

Meaning

This proverb signifies that in a conflict or argument between unequal parties, the weaker one often suffers severe consequences. Just as a gourd will break against a stone, a subordinate is unlikely to prevail against a superior without experiencing significant repercussions.
