ለጉንዳን ደም የለው ለገንዘብ ቤት የለው

Meaning

This proverb illustrates that certain things have inherent limitations or transient natures. An ant is small and has no (visible) blood, while money itself has no permanent dwelling; it constantly changes hands. This means both have their natural characteristics and limits; just as an ant lacks blood, money lacks a permanent owner or place.

ትርጉም

ይህ ምሳሌ የሚያሳየው አንዳንድ ነገሮች በተፈጥሮአቸው ውስንነቶች እንዳሏቸው ነው። ጉንዳን አነስተኛና ደም የሌለው ሲሆን፣ ገንዘብም በራሱ ቋሚ ቦታ የለውም፤ ከእጅ ወደ እጅ ይተላለፋል። ይህም ማለት ሁለቱም ነገሮች የራሳቸው ተፈጥሯዊ ባህሪያትና ወሰኖች አሏቸው፤ ጉንዳን ደም እንደሌለው ሁሉ ገንዘብም ቋሚ ባለቤት ወይም ቦታ የለውም ማለት ነው።
