ችግር በቅቤ ያስበላል አለች ዉሻ

Meaning

This proverb, attributed to a dog, means that severe necessity or a compelling situation can make even undesirable or unusual things acceptable. A dog doesn't usually get butter, but in severe hunger (trouble), it would gladly accept anything. It implies that desperation forces people to accept things they wouldn't normally.

ትርጉም

ይህ ምሳሌ በውሻ የተነገረ ሲሆን፣ ከፍተኛ ችግር ወይም አስገዳጅ ሁኔታ የማይፈለጉ ወይም ያልተለመዱ ነገሮችን እንኳን ሳይቀር ተቀባይነት እንዲያገኙ ያደርጋል። ውሻ ብዙውን ጊዜ ቅቤ አያገኝም፣ ነገር ግን በከባድ ረሃብ (ችግር) ውስጥ ከሆነ ማንኛውንም ነገር በደስታ ይቀበላል። ፍላጎት ሰዎችን ከወትሮው የተለየ ነገር እንዲቀበሉ ያስገድዳል።
