Meaning

This proverb advocates for maintaining hope and taking action, even during difficult times (symbolized by the rainy season). It argues that it is better to be in motion, striving with hope, than to be stagnant and resigned in despair. Hope, even amidst struggle, is preferable to utter hopelessness and inaction.
