ይህ ምሳሌ የጳጉሜ ወር ሲመጣ (ከዝናብ ወቅት መጨረሻ በኋላ) ገበሬዎች ለመኸር ወቅት ዝግጁ መሆን እንዳለባቸው ያሳስባል። 'ጎተራህን አብስ' ማለት ምርቱን ለማከማቸት ጎተራውን ከእርጥበት ነጻ ማድረግ እና ማዘጋጀት ማለት ነው። በአጠቃላይ፣ አንድ ሰው ለሚመጣው ነገር በጊዜው መዘጋጀት እንዳለበት የሚመክር ጥበብ ነው።
