ጥጋበኛንና ውሀ ሙላትን ቁመህ አሳልፈው

Meaning

This proverb suggests that one should not directly confront either. An arrogant person is unlikely to listen and can cause trouble, and a full river is dangerous. Therefore, it advises that it is better to wisely pass by or avoid such people or situations rather than confront them directly.

ትርጉም

ይህ ብሂል ከሁለቱም ጋር በቀጥታ መጋፈጥ እንደማይገባ ያሳያል። ጥጋበኛ ሰው የማይሰማና ችግር ሊፈጥር የሚችል ሲሆን፣ የሞላ ወንዝም አደገኛ ነው። ስለዚህ ከእንደዚህ አይነት ሰዎች ወይም ሁኔታዎች ጋር በቀጥታ ከመጋፈጥ ይልቅ በጥበብ ማለፍ ወይም መራቅ የተሻለ መሆኑን ያሳስባል።
