ስራ ለሰሪው እሾህ ላጣሪው

Meaning

This proverb speaks to the division of labor and the consequences or rewards associated with each role. The one who performs the work gets the benefit of their labor, and the one who deals with the difficult or painful parts (like clearing thorns) also faces their specific challenges or burdens. It implies that everyone reaps what they sow according to their involvement.
