የሚያጠግብ እንጀራ ከምጣዱ ያስታውቃል

Meaning

This proverb signifies that the quality or outcome of something can be discerned from its very beginning or early stages. Just as one can tell if bread will be satisfying by how it looks and bakes on the griddle, one can often predict the future success or failure of a venture, project, or person by observing its initial signs and efforts.
