እብድ ለእብድ ቀን ይባጅ

Meaning

This proverb suggests that people with similar traits or conditions (like two 'madmen') tend to understand or even help each other, or at least they don't hinder each other much. It can also imply that someone considered irrational might still find a way to be useful to another irrational person, or that their interactions are predictably chaotic.

ይህ ምሳሌ የሚያሳየው ተመሳሳይ ባህሪ ወይም ሁኔታ ያላቸው ሰዎች እርስ በርስ እንደሚተጋገዙ ወይም እንደሚመሳሰሉ ነው። አንዳንድ ጊዜ ደግሞ እብድ የሚባል ሰው እንኳን ለሌላው የሚጠቅም ነገር ሊያደርግ እንደሚችል ወይም የሁለት እብዶች ነገር የተለያየ ሊሆን እንደማይችል ያሳያል።
