ዳኛና በሬ ሀብታም ነው

Meaning

This proverb points out that a judge is 'rich' not in material wealth but in power, influence, and the ability to affect people's lives and property through their judgments. An ox is 'rich' in its strength and utility for farming, which generates wealth for its owner. It suggests that both figures, in their respective capacities, possess significant value, authority, or the means to create wealth.
