ይህ ብሂል የሚያመለክተው ሰው የሚያሰማው ማስፈራሪያ ወይም ንግግር ብቻውን ከባድ ላይሆን ይችላል፤ ነገር ግን ወደ ተግባር ከገባ (ለምሳሌ ድንጋይ ቢወረውር) ትክክለኛው አደጋ የሚመጣው ከዚያ ነው ለማለት ነው። ንግግር ብቻ ከትክክለኛ ተግባር ይልቅ አደገኝነቱ አነስተኛ መሆኑን ያሳያል።
