ይህ ብሂል ምንም ትርፍ የማያመጣ ከንቱ ጥረትን ወይም ተግባርን ይገልጻል። ብዙ ጥረትና ድካም ቢኖርም ምንም ጥቅም የማያስገኝ ስራ እንደሆነ ያሳያል። ወጪን ብቻ የሚሸፍን ወይም የተደበቁ ወጪዎችን የሚያስከትል ነገር የጊዜና የኃይል ብክነት ነው፣ ይህም ከከንቱ የሥራ ድካም ድምፅ በስተቀር ምንም አይተርፍም።
