በዘጠና ገዝቶ በዘጠና መሸጥ ትርፉ እንዘጥ እንዘጥ

Meaning

This proverb describes a fruitless endeavor or a task that involves significant effort but yields no actual profit or tangible gain. Buying and selling for the same price means breaking even, but the 'enzet enzet' (a sound suggesting strain or effort) implies that the labor itself is the only outcome, highlighting wasted effort and lack of reward.
