ይህ ብሂል የአንድን ሰው ንግግር ወይም ድርጊት ቅንነት ይጠይቃል። 'ከአንጀት' ማለት እውነተኛ ስሜትን፣ እምነትን ወይም ጥልቅ እውነትን ሲያመለክት፣ 'ከአንገት' ማለት ደግሞ ውጫዊነትን፣ ላዩን ንግግርን ወይም እውነተኛ ስሜት ሳይኖር መናገርን ያመለክታል። ንግግሩ ከልብ የመነጨ ነው ወይስ ባዶ ቃል ነው የሚል ጥያቄ ያቀርባል።
