ይህ ምሳሌ የሚያመለክተው አንዳንድ ሰዎች ለማያውቁት ሰው ደጋግና ለጋስ ቢሆኑም፣ ለቅርብ ዘመዶቻቸው ግን ችግር ወይም ሸክም የሚፈጥሩ መሆናቸውን ነው። የውጭ ሰው ሊያመጣ የሚችለው ጥቅም የለም ተብሎ ስለሚታሰብ ደግነት ሲደረግለት፣ የዘመድ ግን ችግር ሲያጋጥመው ይረሳል ወይም አይረዳም።
