የለሰለሰ ቆዳ ያለው ሰው ውበቱን ለመጠበቅ ወይም ለማሳየት ብዙ ጥረት እንደማይፈልግ፣ ወይም ተፈጥሮአዊ ውበቱ ከማንኛውም ጉድለት የላቀ እንደሆነ ያሳያል። "ቀይ" የሚለው ቃል የፈካ ቆዳ ላላቸው ሰዎች መጠሪያ ነው።
