ይህ ምሳሌ አንዳንድ ነገሮች አንዴ ከተከሰቱ በኋላ የማይቀለበሱ መሆናቸውን ያሳያል። ንጉስ አንዴ ውሳኔ ከሰጠ ወይም ትእዛዝ ካስተላለፈ፣ እንደፈሰሰ ውሃ የማይመለስና የማይለወጥ መሆኑን ይገልጻል።
