እንደ በሶ አንቆ እንደ እርጉዝ አስጨንቆ

Meaning

This proverb vividly describes a situation that is extremely difficult, suffocating, and burdensome, causing immense pressure and discomfort. It likens the hardship to the choking sensation of dry 'besso' (roasted barley flour) and the intense physical and emotional strain experienced by a pregnant woman.
