ውሀ ሲጎድል ተሻገር ዳኛ ሲገኝ ተናገር

Meaning

This proverb illustrates the importance of utilizing good opportunities appropriately. It explains that when favorable conditions arise (when water recedes, making it easy to cross a river), one should take immediate action. Similarly, when the right authority (a judge) is available, one should present their case. It's about seizing opportune moments and acting wisely.
