እንዳዩ መብላት ሆድ ያሰፋል

Meaning

This proverb warns against uncontrolled indulgence, particularly in eating. It implies that consuming everything one sees or desires without moderation leads to negative physical consequences (like an enlarged stomach due to gluttony) or, more broadly, that acting on every impulse without discretion leads to problems.
